This was a cash deal with an anxious buyer who asked for a short closing (less than a month) and when all inspection items were completed quickly she asked to close a full 10 days early with just a couple days notice. Kris asked me to intervene with my HELOC lenders to expedite settlement statements; I was able ro get this done in just a few hours and we closed the next day! I could not asked for better service.
